Whether you have a single cracked tooth or need comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation, our restorative dentistry services are designed to return your smile to optimal health, function, and aesthetics — using the finest materials and techniques available.
Premium Restorative
Treatments
Crowns & Bridges
Porcelain crowns restore damaged, cracked, or heavily decayed teeth to full strength and natural beauty. Bridges replace one or more missing teeth using adjacent teeth as anchors — a fixed, non-removable solution that restores function and aesthetics seamlessly.
- CEREC same-day crowns available
- Tooth-coloured, metal-free options
- Precision-fitted for comfort and longevity
Tooth-Coloured Fillings
Modern composite resin fillings match your natural tooth colour precisely — no grey amalgam. Bonded directly to the tooth structure, they require less removal of healthy tooth and provide a natural, undetectable result that strengthens the tooth.
- Mercury-free composite resin
- Shade-matched to your natural teeth
- Minimal tooth reduction required
Full Mouth Restoration
For patients with extensive wear, decay, or structural damage across multiple teeth, a full mouth rehabilitation combines crowns, veneers, implants, and restorative procedures into a single, coordinated treatment plan — restoring full function and aesthetic harmony.
- Comprehensive treatment planning
- Phased or accelerated approaches available
- Co-coordinated with all specialists in-house
Dentures & Partials
Complete and partial dentures crafted to precise specifications for fit, comfort, and natural aesthetics. Modern denture materials and fabrication techniques produce results far superior to traditional prosthetics — and can be stabilised with implants for even greater retention.
- Complete and partial options
- Implant stabilisation available
- Premium acrylic and porcelain teeth
Root Canal Therapy
When decay or infection reaches the inner pulp of a tooth, root canal therapy clears the infection and seals the canal — saving a tooth that might otherwise require extraction. Modern endodontic techniques make this procedure far more comfortable than its reputation suggests.
- Relieves pain quickly
- Saves the natural tooth
- Completed in 1–2 appointments
Extractions & Oral Surgery
When a tooth cannot be saved, careful extraction is performed with the utmost respect for your comfort. We discuss replacement options — implants, bridges — before extraction so you leave with a clear plan for restoring your smile.
- Gentle extraction protocol
- Wisdom tooth removal
- Replacement planning included

Yes. We use CEREC CAD/CAM technology to design, mill, and fit porcelain crowns in a single appointment. Same-day crowns are available for most single-tooth restorations and eliminate the need for temporary crowns and a second visit.
Modern composite resin has improved dramatically. For most cavities, tooth-coloured fillings are an excellent — and aesthetically superior — choice. For very large restorations in high-load areas (like large back molars), an inlay, onlay, or crown may provide greater long-term durability.
Root canal therapy is performed under local anaesthesia and is typically no more uncomfortable than a standard filling. In fact, the procedure relieves the often significant pain caused by the infection. Most patients are surprised at how straightforward the experience is.
A well-made porcelain crown typically lasts 15–25 years with proper oral hygiene. The longevity depends on the materials used, the underlying tooth health, your bite forces, and how well you care for your teeth between visits.
A full mouth restoration is a comprehensive rehabilitation plan addressing multiple dental problems — wear, decay, missing teeth, and structural damage — across many teeth simultaneously. It is carefully sequenced and may involve crowns, veneers, implants, periodontal therapy, and orthodontics working in concert.
Yes. Missing teeth trigger bone loss at the extraction site, cause adjacent teeth to shift or tilt, alter your bite, and can change your facial profile over time. We always recommend discussing replacement — ideally with a dental implant — at the time of extraction.
